The American Car Rental Association (ACRA) has just announced the formal launch of its new website, www.acraorg.com. Developed at the direction of the board of directors, the site includes current legislative news, tax monitoring on a state-by-state basis, up to date news, features and press releases that are specific to the car rental industry. “The website will allow ACRA to communicate with the industry and industry-specific vendors, as the association builds an organized, informed and active association representing our industry in local, state and national issues,” stated Dick Radzis, newly elected president of ACRA.

At the Car Rental Show in April, ACRA board members announced “participation, communication, commitment and legislative involvement should be the industry’s mutual investment in our future.”

The Web site will support and carry this message to the entire industry in order to build a coalition of members that will be forward thinking and effective.
