Arrent Car Rental continues to expand digitally by offering a home delivery on demand feature through its new mobile app.
Launched in 2015, Arrent Car Rental started with nine cars and a small office in Merida. Currently, Arrent operates five locations across Mexico: two in Merida, one in Playa del Carmen, one at the Cancun International Airport, and one in Mexico City.
“Arrent's mission is to make car rental as easy as possible for our customers,” said Jesus Arregui, Arrent Car Rental’s general manager. “We offer clear and all-inclusive rates, new cars, and delivery at your hotel or the airport.
Arrent also offers cash payments, both for the security deposit and the rental fee.
“Our strength is the treatment, the warmth in our attitude, and the desire to serve each of our customers with the best of care, listening to their needs and working with them to improve our service day by day,” said Arregui.
