Auto Europe’s Reservations Manager Erik Inman has been named Customer Service Manager of the Year by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). Auto Europe is a global car rental aggregator.
Starting his career in Auto Europe’s reservations department, Inman worked his way up to reservations manager.

“Erik’s extensive knowledge of the nuances of renting a car abroad acquired during his 17 years in the industry combined with his tenacity make him a successful leader and mentor to his team,” according to Auto Europe.
“This year we had many entrants for the Customer Service Manager category, but we interviewed only five finalists,” said Christine Churchill Burke, CSIA’s executive director and vice president of the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO). “I can tell you that Erik’s passion, dedication, and managing philosophy came across in all of his responses.”
