Auto Rental Summit to Feature Customer Survey Results

This exclusive survey will provide insights into the demographic makeup of the local market customer.

Auto Rental News is pleased to announce that Frontline Performance Group will provide results of an extensive new survey of local market customers at Auto Rental Summit, which takes place Oct. 29-30 at the Hollywood Beach Marriott in Hollywood, Fla.

The survey will provide Summit attendees exclusive, first-access insights into the mindset of the local market customer, their demographic makeup and their buying patterns. The survey results will be presented at the seminar, “What Do Local Market Customers Really Want?” The seminar will be directed by Ken Stellon, managing partner of the Frontline Performance Group.

“This is the type of take-home content that makes the Auto Rental Summit so valuable to car rental operators,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “The survey results will help operators better understand their client base using real metrics, and Ken and his team will give them the tools they need to better meet the needs of those customers.”

The 2012 Auto Rental Summit is a gold-level training and education conference designed to improve customer service of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from North American and overseas corporate, franchised and independent companies are invited to attend.

The Summit will be held in conjunction with the first-ever Auto Rental News Professional of the Year Awards, which will honor three associates from auto rental companies worldwide who demonstrate and promote outstanding customer satisfaction within the car rental process.
