Avis Car Rental is offering residents of the United States and Canada a way to save up to 25% on international rentals when booking by Oct. 31 and picking up the vehicle by Dec. 12.

According to Avis, the offer is valid at participating locations in Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and New Zealand.

Avis offers renters a range of well-maintained, late-model vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, says the company. Travelers can also enjoy Avis' world-class service and amenities such as Global Positioning System (GPS) navigation devices and Avis Preferred, the company's express rental service.
