Easy Rent Pro, a car rental software provider, has launched its Easy Reservations Online system, where customers can go online and book rental vehicles of their choice.
This web-based booking interface can be linked or added to car rental websites. It enables customers to view availability rates and instant booking confirmation, according to the company.
The reservations system can be integrated in Windows-based software, including Easy Rent Pro Standard, which includes fleet management features such as planner management, integration with QuickBooks and rate management.
Easy Rent Pro Cloud allows customers to use Easy Rent Pro Standard at different locations.
Car rental companies can personalize the system by putting their own content on the page; it’s possible to add up to three customized pages, according to the company.
The reservation system also offers a content management system (CMS), which allows car rental customers to change rates for any vehicle category, show promotions, send out online news and promotions or incorporate new vehicles.
With its easy-to-use — yet sophisticated — features, the online reservation system can facilitate many small- to medium-sized car rental companies, said Edward Hawkins, reseller of Easy Rent Pro Software.
Easy Rent Pro’s family of car rental software is used in 70 countries worldwide, according to the company.
