Hertz Launches On-Airport Location in Orlando
The car rental company moved into a new upscale facility, located in both the A and B terminals. Customers can now make an easy in-terminal walk to pick up their Hertz rental, instead of catching a shuttle bus to an off-site pick-up location.
Hertz is now operating on-airport at the Orlando International Airport in Florida. The car rental company moved into a new upscale facility, located in both the A and B terminals.
Customers can make an easy in-terminal walk to pick up their Hertz rental, instead of catching a shuttle bus to an off-site pick-up location.
"We are thrilled to open this state of the art location in the Orlando airport," commented Scott Sider, Hertz executive vice president and president, car rental and leasing, the Americas. "Our goal is to get our customers on their journey as fast as possible, and relocating to the Orlando airport reinforces our commitment to make the rental experience as easy as possible."
The new location has around-the-clock customer service and upgraded equipment for maintaining and servicing the company's diverse rental fleet. Hertz customers are able to check-in via one of Hertz's rental kiosks or with a customer service representative while Hertz #1 Club Gold members can circumvent the counter and go directly to their car.
