Brian DeChant has been named account executive for Integrated Vehicle Systems, a division of Rental Concepts Inc. He will be responsible for sales and account maintenance for the Midwest territory and will be based in Cleveland.
In addition, Doug Torborg has been named account manager for Integrated Vehicle Systems, and will be responsible for sales and account maintenance for the Southeast territory. He will be based in Orlando, Fla.
Mark Wearsch has joined Rental Concepts as manager of application development. He will be responsible for all software development, computer hardware and Web site development. Wearsch will be based in the corporate headquarters in Cleveland.
