Jimpisoft and Carpro Systems, which operate the Rentway and Carpro platforms respectively, recently merged to form Emotion.
This combination marks a milestone for both companies, combining over 30 years of mobility tech expertise under a new brand.
Operating in over 100 countries, Emotion is a SaaS technology provider that supports mobility operators across vehicle rental, leasing, subscription, and chauffeured services. Its products, Carpro and Rentway, enable operators to manage multiple mobility modes and brands within modular AI-enabled platforms. Their products are used by independent mobility operators as well as franchise operators for Enterprise, Hertz, Europcar, Avis, and Sixt.
With over one million vehicles managed and seamless connections to 150+ brokers, OTAs, and GDSs, Emotion offers platforms built to support digital-first experiences and streamline the customer journey.
Emotion’s global team of 140+ employees is based across offices in Lisbon, Portugal, Dubai, UAE, and Pune, India. Together, they aim to deliver complete and reliable fleet management solutions.
Kieron Chalder, co-CEO of Emotion, said in a March 14 news release, “By bringing together the strengths of Rentway and Carpro, we’re delivering cutting-edge solutions that help our partners grow faster, operate smarter, and lead the future of mobility.”
