Navotar has now integrated SMS notifications into its cloud-based car rental software.

The car rental software will send an automated SMS before every customer picks up the car, as well as after they drop off the car. This feature offers a more personalized and effective system to keep the customer engaged and informed about the car they have rented.

The automated SMS feature will send a reminder SMS to each customer with information on the car such as car model, license plate number, time of pick up, etc., as well as the status of a vehicle. The SMS can be customized as per the car rental company’s needs. 

Reminder SMS is a more personalized and versatile way of notifying the customer about the vehicle they have rented. This way the customer does not have to waste time searching through their email inbox for the rental information or go onto the website chatbox.
