Navotar has launched an updated version of its Daily Planner, a calendar tool with vehicles and slots corresponding to the dates where empty slots can be used for bookings. Meanwhile, the utilized slots are marked in colors to denote the status of the fleet, such as vehicles on reservation, rent, quotation, agreement, etc.
The main purpose of this calendar-based system is to allow users to make bookings in a more convenient way, according to Navotar. It can also help them understand their entire fleet status with a single view, which can help prevent double bookings and other confusions.
According to Navotar, the new Daily Planner has a better user interface and user experience with features like drag and drop to create reservations and agreements.
