As part of its global expansion, Sixt has opened its first car rental location in Chile. Sixt has joined with Mobility Service Chile S.A. as a franchise partner for this Santiago facility.

According to Sixt, it will offer a fleet of BMW rental vehicles. The premium segment will then be expanded by adding other types of vehicles.

“Our aim is to meet the market with innovation and passion, providing our customers with an unforgettable rental experience, which sets itself apart from other suppliers by the quality of our fleet and service,” said Juan Carlos Castillo, general manager at Sixt Chile.

In the next few weeks, Sixt will open a second downtown location in Las Condes as well as shuttle service at Santiago International Airport. During the coming year, Sixt also plans to expand to other Chilean locations including Vina del Mar, Valpariso and Puerto Montt, says the company.
