Speed Auto Systems, a software platform, has implemented its vehicle mobile checkout and check-in system at Dollar Rent A Car in the United Arab Emirates.
Speed’s system has helped Dollar Rent A Car better manage its fleet of thousands of vehicles, according to the company.
Here are some examples of issues that Dollar had with its fleet management and how Speed Auto Systems’ software platform helped:
- Challenge: Drivers had to return delivery and collection manual documents to the office, which was time consuming and prone to errors.
- Solution: Speed Auto Systems allows drivers to update delivery and collection movements electronically using the mobile-based application mCC. Manual documentation is no longer needed.
- Challenge: Dollar’s UAE airport counter was very busy and checking out vehicles manually on paper was time consuming.
- Solution: Speed Auto Systems has allowed Dollar to perform faster vehicle checkout & check-in using mCC. This is also helping to increase customer satisfaction.
- Challenge: Dollar UAE was managing all the damage reports manually, which is time consuming and compromises accuracy.
- Solution: Speed Auto Systems has enabled Dollar to electronically store all the damages against movements along with pictures.
