Surprice Car Rental recently opened a rental car operation at Riga International Airport (RIX) in Latvia, a regional gateway.

It is the busiest airport in the Baltic region, serving over 4.8 million passengers and handling over 33,000 tons of cargo annually, with flights to more than 100 destinations, according to Wikipedia.
