Tennant Group Roundtable Returns to the 2011 Car Rental Show
Car Rental Show attendees are invited to crunch the numbers with members of the Tennant Group Roundtable. Operator attendees who submit business statistics will receive a customized, confidential report comparing their numbers to the aggregated averages of the group.
Back by popular demand, the Tennant Group Roundtable returns to the Car Rental Show (CRS) for a free, two-hour pre-conference workshop open to all CRS attendees. Led by Jim Tennant of the Tennant Group, the workshop will take place Tuesday, March 8 from 10:00am-12:00pm.
The semi-annual Roundtable is the car rental industry's premier forum for car rental operator members to share information and learn ways to improve efficiencies and maximize profits in their businesses.
This year, the Roundtable features a unique new format. Attendees are encouraged to submit a set of key business performance statistics at least 10 days in advance of the show. Tennant will aggregate submitted numbers into an anonymous report, and operators that submit statistics will receive a customized, confidential report comparing their numbers to the aggregated averages of the group.
During the seminar, the Roundtable will hold a panel discussion to break down the statistics. Operators with exceptional performance will be asked in advance to speak about their operation and answer questions from the group.
"In this session car rental operators can really dig in and measure their performance to see where they stand against other operators," Tennant said. "While we maintain individual business statistics in complete confidence, the opportunity to talk real numbers with other operators is invaluable."
Remember: only attendees who submit numbers in advance will receive Tennant's customized, confidential comparison report.
The 16th annual Car Rental Show, to be held at the Las Vegas Hilton March 8-9 in conjunction with the American Car Rental Association (ACRA), is the annual gathering of independent and franchised car rental company operators, manufacturers and industry professionals.
