TSD Software Endorsed for ARRC and X-Press Association Members
TSD, providers of rental car and loaner management software, announced an exclusive endorsement of TSD RENTAL Management Software .NET (RMS .NET) for all Auto Rental Resource Center (ARRC) and Xpress Rent-a-Car members.
TSD, providers of rental car and loaner management software, announced an exclusive endorsement of TSD RENTAL Management Software .NET (RMS .NET) for all Auto Rental Resource Center (ARRC) and Xpress Rent-a-Car members.
"When we saw the features provided and the adaptability of the model to encompass the products and services we want to provide our associates, the technology available at TSD made the decision simple for us," said Bob Barton, President of ARRC and Xpress Rent-a-Car.
Because the auto rental software is entirely web-based, RMS .NET requires only a computer and Internet access, eliminating the need for expensive servers and ongoing maintenance costs. The lower startup cost makes RMS .NET a viable option for any size rental company. The application is housed in TSD's secure data center, which provides nightly backups, firewalls and virus protection, generator backups and other measures for maximum uptime and security.
With the latest in Microsoft technology, TSD also updates and maintains all servers and related licensing for the software, reducing the cost of maintaining the system for the user. RMS .NET provides smaller car rental companies with tools they need to grow and boost profitability, including a fast one-screen open agreement, professionally printed rental agreements, quotes and reservations, the ability to email a reservation or quote directly from the rental software and management reports that can be viewed from the system or exported for sharing across the organization.
For more information about RMS .NET, contact TSD at 800-743-1200 or visit www.tsd-inc.com.
