WeYield, a provider of AI and automation-based software for car rental and mobility businesses, has launched a free tool that allows car rental operators to view car rental activity in various world regions.

Updated with aggregated and anonymized car rental data twice a month, the tool is divided into regions: France, Mediterranean, Europe, Caribbean, and Indian Ocean.

“Car rental owners and general managers around the world have been hoping for up-to-date market trends so they can understand the global situation of their own region,” said Emmanuel Scuto, CEO.

Key performance indicators are displayed per region for the current month and the three months to come.

According to Scuto, WeYield helps owners and managing directors of car rental companies, franchised or independent, who are frustrated by the discrepancy between the level of information available to them and the level of information they would like to have.

“Based on our 20-year experience as revenue managers, WeYield decreases the time spent collecting and aggregating millions of data points, reduces uncertainties about the volume and quality of the fleet — as well as demand — by allowing clients to control their portfolio and prioritize their stocks.”
