SIXT Adds Branch at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

SIXT USA continues its robust U.S. expansion with a new car rental branch at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) in Washington, D.C.

The new branch, which opened April 1, is one of the largest SIXT airport locations in the U.S., serving business, government and leisure travelers with SIXT’s premium experience in the sixth largest metropolitan area in the country.  Car rental reservations for pickup can be made now at SIXT.com or via the SIXT app.

The new DCA branch joins a growing list of recent SIXT branch openings across North America, including Pittsburgh, Nashville, Vail, Charlotte, and Toronto.  SIXT plans to continue expanding in the U.S. and Canada with the opening of additional locations later this year.

Just 12 years after SIXT expanded to the U.S., the country is now the largest individual market for SIXT. Today, SIXT operates over 100 rental stations in 22 states, employs over 1,200 team members, and serves 40 of the most important airports in the U.S., where it has nearly doubled its revenue since 2019.

In addition, by launching operations in Canada last July, SIXT is tapping into another billion-dollar market that also offers potential for synergies with its U.S. business.
