Carwiz Named Franchise of the Year in Croatia

The rental car company scored a total of three awards that recognize its operational excellence, innovation and improvement, and adaptation to market trends.

Carwiz International, a rental car franchise company, recently won three awards at the Franchise Brand Award competition, including the Franchise of the Year award, which highlights excellence and innovation in business.

The Franchise Brand Leader Award is given annually by the Croatian Association for Franchise Business (FIP) and Prvi poslovni radio PoslovniFM to recognize outstanding companies, institutions, and media that contribute to promoting franchises and the franchise business model in Croatia and the region.

This year, the expert international jury awarded Carwiz International with three awards: the biggest export breakthrough and the best export franchise, as well as the prestigious overall award for the franchise of the year 2023. These awards recognize the company's operational excellence, commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, and adaptation to market trends.

As the winner, Carwiz International will represent Croatia in the competition for the best European franchise in Brussels later this year. With five years of successful business, Carwiz International has become a recognizable name in Croatia and internationally. Its recent expansion into the Middle East and Africa markets continues to enable further business growth and development.

Tomislava Ravlić, director of business developmentat Carwiz International, said in a May 10 news release that  the recognition represents not only the achievement of the company and the success of its business model but also recognition for its franchise partners who are key to its success. Krešimir Dobrilović, CEO and founder of Carwiz International, added that the award confirms the company's dedication to excellence in all aspects of business and position as a leader in the industry.
