Flexways, a global car rental platform in more than 330 cities across 50 nations, recently launched its new website for direct bookings at www.flexways.com.
The website aims to simplify and enhance the booking process with more clarity.
This redesign marks a key step in Flexways’ evolution as a global digital brand. Focused on user experience, the new site features a modern, clean, and lightweight design that removes unnecessary distractions and enables smoother navigation.
One of the main highlights of the new site is how it organizes the booking journey, designed to offer autonomy, security, and understanding at every stage.
The process is structured into four simple, well-defined steps:
Choosing the rental vehicle model, offering options tailored to every travel style and group size.
Selecting insurance coverage, allowing each traveler to choose the protection that best fits their needs, including now more comprehensive, zero-deductible options.
Includes the option to add extras, such as special equipment or destination-specific services
Selecting the payment method, with a wide variety of alternatives to fit each customer’s travel plan.
“We want every traveler to clearly understand what they’ve booked and feel that we’re present throughout their journey,” said Gabriel Madero, CEO of Flexways, in a July 30 news release.
With this launch, Flexways also emphasizes its direct sales channel as a key touchpoint with travelers.
