Flexways, a global car rental company operating in more than 330 cities across 50 countries, recently integrated AI technology into two key areas of its operations.
With a franchise and affiliate model, the company has implemented AI into its pricing strategy, adjusting rates in real time by analyzing multiple variables.
Flexways projects this approach will lead to a base 20% improvement in company performance by offering more competitive, demand-responsive prices for travelers and affiliate partners.
Secondly, AI is improving customer service by enabling faster, more personalized responses through the company’s 24/7 contact center. This tool has already increased operational efficiency by 30% within support services, with more advances expected in the coming months.
Flexways is also working on redesigning its website to deliver a more intuitive and streamlined user experience.
"Artificial Intelligence helps us increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience, but we also remain committed to sustainability because we believe in a more conscious and balanced approach to mobility," said Gabriel Madero, referring to the company’s reforestation project that will plant more than 700 native trees for long-term carbon dioxide capture.
