Moscow Claims Title of European 'Carsharing Capital'
Following Los Angeles, Moscow has the worst traffic, according to an INRIX analytics report.

Moscow has the most vehicles available for charsharing purposes in Europe, according to city officials.
Mayor Sergei Sobyanin tweeted Friday that carsharing vehicles in Moscow are used over 25,000 times per day, and that the local government wants to have 10,000 to 15,000 carharing vehicles in use by the end of the year.
The City has recently increased the number of paid parking spots in the downtown area, making it more difficult and expensive for residents to drive their personal vehicles in the city center.
