From over 1,600 car rental suppliers, the winners were narrowed down based on nine location-based categories.

Best Australasian, Middle East and Africa Location, Global Supplier – Europcar, Cape Town Airport
Worldwide Supplier Location of the Year 2019 – Dollar, Mallorca Airport
CarTrawler’s Customer Centre of Excellence staff also chose winners who exemplified outstanding excellence in customer service. Winners were announced in two overall categories:
Outstanding Service Award, Individual Supplier – Sicily by Car
Outstanding Service Award, Global Supplier – Enterprise Alamo
These awards are an annual event and acknowledge and commend the efforts of independent and global car rental suppliers in raising customer satisfaction levels, with the awards based on geographic location and supplier type. From over 1,600 car rental suppliers, the winners were narrowed down based on nine location-based categories.
Customer satisfaction is measured based on the Net Promoter Score of car rental suppliers. The award winners were chosen based on this metric which comprises of direct feedback from customer surveys. The awards were presented by CarTrawler Chief Commercial Officer Michael Nolan during CarTrawler’s Annual Winter Conference.
