SEARCHThe franchise agreement with Olecram completes Enterprise Holdings’ footprint in the ‘Southern Cone’ region of South America with three new locations in Uruguay.
Enterprise Holdings entered a franchise agreement with Montevido-based Olecram SA, a transportation company based in Uruguay, for the use of its Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands on Oct. 19.
Under the agreement, Alamo and National will operate at three locations in Uruguay within the first year of the partnership. The locations will be at the Montevideo airport, Punta Del Este Resort airport and city center.
The announcement follows last month’s agreement with São Paulo-based Unidas that opened Alamo and National locations at five airports in Brazil.
Enterprise Holdings said that it has now completed the company’s footprint in South America’s “Southern Cone” region consisting of Argentina, Chile and Paraguay and Uruguay.
