EconomyBookings.com has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award, announced in a statement. Since 2014, Feefo has recognized the businesses who deliver exceptional customer service. The awards are based purely on customer feedback, which means they are a true reflection of commitment to outstanding customer service. The company has given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved gold standard for three consecutive years.

“We’re thrilled to receive this award from Feefo, said Andrey Ambarov, content marketing manager at EconomyBookings, in the statement. "It means a lot because it’s based on feedback from our customers and, ultimately, keeping them happy is why we come to work each day. Customer satisfaction has always been our highest priority. The award also recognizes just how hard our staff have worked in really difficult circumstances during the pandemic. We’re fully committed to the highest quality of service, so it’s vital for us to listen, understand and respond to all our customers.

"We’d also like to thank our partners for their excellent services because it obviously is our common achievement. But as they say, it is more difficult to stay on top than to get there, so we'll continue to work hard to meet customer expectations for many years to come.”

“The Trusted Service Awards recognize companies who above and beyond to provide the very best customer experience, added Kim Burgess, head of customer success at Feefo. “I’m so impressed by how our customers have overcome the challenges of the past two years. A particular congratulations to our Platinum Trusted Service winners. It’s an extremely tough challenge."
