Electric Car-Sharing Program to Launch in China
Upon delivery of 1,000 electric vehicles from Kandi Technologies, Chengdu Electric Vehicle Service Co. will start an electric car-sharing program in Chengdu, China, by the end of year.

China-based Kandi Technologies Group has announced that an electric car-sharing program with its vehicles will be available in Chengdu by the end of the year.
Kandi plans to deliver 1,000 of its electric vehicles to ZuoZhongYou (Chengdu) Electric Vehicle Service Co. (ZZY-Chengdu), which has obtained registration approval from the local state administration of industry and commerce, according to the company.
Upon completion of additional procedures, ZZY-Chengdu’s car-sharing program will be launched by the end of this year.
Purchasers of Kandi's SMA7000BEV and SMA7001BEV models are eligible to receive, on a per car basis, the national government subsidy of approximately $7,738 and the local government subsidy of $7,738 from both the Sichuan provincial government and the Chengdu municipal government, according to the company.
