GE Fleet Services Adds Sales Members to Rental Market Team

EDEN PRARIE, Minn. --- GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services announced in May the addition of new sales team members who will focus on addressing the needs of the company's rental market customers.

EDEN PRARIE, Minn. --- GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services announced in May the addition of new sales team members who will focus on addressing the needs of the company's rental market customers.

GE Fleet Services provides rental car companies with leasing and loan products in conjunction with value-added automotive services to try and help streamline rental fleet operations.

Joining GE are Ray Huffstutter, Larry Soleta, Richard Curran and Mike Schmidt. Derek Messulam has moved from Fleet Services’ commercial business to join the team as well.

Huffstutter joins GE from Bank of America, where he served as senior vice president for their Auto Group. Huffstutter brings more than 20 years of experience in the rental financing business through work in both the finance and rental car industries.

Soleta comes to GE from FleetSources. There, he served as the executive vice president and general manager leading Walser Automotive Group's rental car market financing group. Prior to FleetSources, Soleta worked 15 years for Vanguard Car Rental USA - the parent company of the National and Alamo car rental brands.

Curran joins GE from Fox Rent A Car, where he served as affiliate fleet manager. Before his tenure at Fox, Richard also gained more than 15 years of experience in the commercial finance and the rental car market.

Schmidt arrives at GE after working in a sales capacity with Walden Leasing’s customer base. He joined Walden after more than 20 years in the rental car market, most recently as the head of Vanguard's fleet operations.

GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services is a global fleet management company with operations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
