Go Rentals, a car rental company specializing in the private aviation industry and serving fine hotels and resorts, has hired two and promoted two indivduals across its business development, film, HR, and aviation departments.
New Hire: Craig Anderson, Vice President of Car Rental Revenue
Go Rentals is bolstering its business development strategy as it welcomes Anderson, as he focuses on dialing in the business side of renting cars and enhancing the guest experience. With over 25 years of experience working for a major national rental car company in various states, Anderson brings a unique perspective on Go Rentals’ position within the car rental landscape.
“Go Rentals is one of the best kept transportation secrets in the country," Anderson said. "Creating visibility will allow our individual branches to run great businesses. My goal is to help grow the Go Rentals brand so we are recognized nationwide as the best-in-class elite car rental company. Over the next few years, we will be working to scale the business in terms of its branches without changing its people-first culture.”
As VP, Anderson will help focus the company on more efficiency in its branches so the company can build national relationships and expand outside of FBOs to create new revenue streams while maximizing those already in existence. In addition, he will manage the numbers and logistics pertaining to rates, national market share, and fleet usage efficiency.
New Hire: Catherine Kaminski, Director of Film and Studio
With deep experience in the car rental industry and a focus on entertainment, Kaminski's primary focus in her role will be to facilitate the car rental needs of cast and crew for travel or specific vehicles needed for production while filming on location. She also plans to grow the division nationwide and hire more employees to address the needs of a large market of discerning clientele.
In hiring Kaminski as a leader dedicated to heading up the specialized film and studio business, Go Rentals increased its ability to offer highly tailored service and hospitality to its guests. Kaminski has demonstrated an expertise in the industry’s intersection with entertainment, and she brings strong relationships with many key players in the film, studio, and production industry.
“I am very grateful to Go Rentals for the ability to confidently offer my guests top-notch service as well as top-of-the-line vehicles with unparalleled selection and hospitality,” says Kaminski. “I look forward to growing with and contributing to the growth of Go Rentals in the years to come.”
Promoted: Colleen Jones, Vice President of Human Resources
Previously as director of human resources, and now as director, Jones brings extensive human resources and recruiting knowledge to her new role. This, when added with running her own business, make her an expert on Go Rentals’ service culture and growth trajectory. Jones has built a team around her and expanded Go Rental’s HR department, which now includes a talent acquisition manager, recruiters, employee relations, payroll and benefits specialists.
“My aim is to expand support to our field by offering top-notch HR services, including diversity and inclusion measures, for all internal employees," Jones says. "I’m working to increase Go Rentals’ technological prowess in HR, so we can double our headcount and still provide quality services. I want to foster relationships in which our employees feel comfortable speaking with their HR representatives.”
Promoted: Trissy Pickett, Vice President of Aviation Development
Previously director of aviation development, Pickett will now help Go Rentals strengthen the autonomy of its aviation development team. She has been in the general aviation community for over 22 years, almost eight with Go Rentals.
“My new title as vice president of aviation development opens the door to new opportunities by providing me more independence and flexibility to make key decisions," Pickett says. "I am thrilled to continue building new relationships for Go Rentals while also better focusing on offering high-quality and tailored service within our existing relationships."
Along with serving as a primary liaison with the National Business Aviation Association and fixed-base operators across the country, Pickett will continue training Go Rentals’ internal marketing and sales teams to increase market share in the car rental industry.
