SEARCHU.K.-based car rental company Green Motion continues its European expansion with the opening of locations at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport and Rome’s Fiumicino Airport.

U.K.-based car rental company Green Motion continues its European expansion with the opening of locations at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport and Rome’s Fiumicino Airport.
"Both Schiphol and Fiumicino represent major markets for Green Motion and I am delighted to officially announce the opening of both of these strategically important locations," said Richard Lowden, founder and chairman of Green Motion.
Located at the Ibis hotel, Green Motion’s Schiphol location is owned and operated by Green Motion Benelux. With a supply agreement from Toyota, it offers vehicles such as the Yaris and Prius, says the company.
Green Motion’s Rome facility is located on the perimeter of the airport and offers a range of vehicles, including Ford and Fiat, says the company.
With the opening of these two new locations, Green Motion's international car rental network now includes over 100 facilities.
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
