As part of London’s aim to become the electric capital of Europe, the Hertz Corp. is promoting Source London’s electric vehicle (EV) charging network to the rental brand’s customers in London.
While customers already have free access to Source London’s network when they rent Hertz On Demand EVs, Hertz announced that it will promote Source London’s charging network to all its London EV customers. Currently, Hertz operates 16 Source London funded charging points at six locations across Greater London.
The initiative is part of Hertz’s “Living Journey,” the global sustainability strategy marking Hertz’s on-going commitment to sustainable motoring.
“We’re excited to support Source London in its efforts to build an electric vehicle charging network across Greater London,” said Hertz International President Michel Taride. “At Hertz we’ve committed to pioneering smart mobility, including rentals of electric vehicles, which can benefit from Source London’s extensive network.”
