Hertz Tops Recent Zagat Car Rental Survey
Hertz sweeps Zagat’s 2013-2014 Car Rental Survey by finishing first in vehicles, service, reliability and popularity.
Zagat, provider of consumer-based ratings and reviews, recently released the results of its latest U.S. Car Rental Survey (2013-2014) covering eight leading rental brands.
Hertz made a clean sweep with No. 1 ratings in the categories of vehicles, reliability, service and popularity. In addition, Hertz came in first for the overall ranking category. National claimed the No. 2 spot for overall, followed by Avis, Enterprise and Budget.
With a national sample of 920 Zagat.com users, respondents rented cars 10.3 times on average in the past year – 6.3 times for business and 4.0 times for leisure.
