J.D. Power and Associates to Present at Auto Rental Summit

Deep-dive seminar will reveal how car rental companies can become customer service champions based on J.D. Power’s powerful metrics-based analyses.

Auto Rental News is pleased to announce that Stuart Greif of J.D. Power and Associates will present a seminar at the Auto Rental Summit, which takes place Oct. 29-30 at the Hollywood Beach Marriott in Hollywood, Fla.

Greif, vice president and general manager of the Diversified Industries Practice at J.D. Power and Associates, oversees J.D. Power’s annual North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study, in addition to leading a wide range of strategic planning and business development across numerous industries, including global travel and hospitality.

The seminar, “Utilizing the Key Metrics of Customer Satisfaction,” will take attendees on a deep dive inside J.D. Power’s powerful metrics-based analyses to understand the critical components of customer satisfaction. Greif will not only guide attendees through the components of the Rental Car Satisfaction Study, but also reveal the top 10 elements employed by best-in-class companies in other industries to sustain excellence in the customer experience.
