The seminar, “Utilizing the Key Metrics of Customer Satisfaction,” will take attendees on a deep dive inside J.D. Power’s powerful metrics-based analyses to understand the critical components of customer satisfaction. Greif will not only guide attendees through the components of the Rental Car Satisfaction Study, but also reveal the top 10 elements employed by best-in-class companies in other industries to sustain excellence in the customer experience.
“J.D. Power’s North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study is an important industry benchmark, and we are delighted that Stuart will give us an exclusive look inside,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “For operators who want to know what matters most to their customers based on actual data – and then what they can do about it – this is a can’t-miss seminar.”
