For the fifth consecutive year, National Car Rental topped the list of Business Travel News' annual Car Rental Survey. Survey respondents were asked to rank their preferred car rental companies in categories such as price, perks, transparency, and communication skills, among others.
While National retained its titled for the firth year, its scores slightly dropped from the previous year. Avis and Hertz both increased their scores. Meanwhile, Budget earned enough responses to be featured on the list for the first time.
