BMW’s ReachNow is now offering a new Alexa skill. Members can use their voice to learn how the close the nearest car is to their home or where they can locate their favorite ReachNow model, according to a report by ReachNow.
“Many of us at ReachNow use an Amazon Alexa-enabled device in our own homes and love the convenience it offers,” said Tobias Gremmer, the developer behind ReachNow’s Alexa skill. “We really enjoy experimenting with new ideas and think the Alexa skill will really benefit our members.”
To get started, members can go to the “skills” section in the Alexa app. Search for “ReachNow” and then click “enable.” Allow the skill to access the device address, according to the report.
ReachNow members can ask the Alexa skill questions such as:
- “Alexa, ask ReachNow where the closest BMW X1 is.”
- “Alexa, ask ReachNow how many MINIs there are within a 10 minute walk?
- “Alexa, ask ReachNow what’s new?”
