RentalMatics, a mobility telematics company, is integrating with Renteon, a car rental management platform.
This partnership enables rental car operators to elevate fleet performance by blending telematics insights with rental operations in one intuitive platform.
RentalMatics, which operates across Europe, APAC, and the Americas, is a plug-and-play software solution that allows vehicle rental companies to manage and live-track their fleets.
With a bespoke RentalMatics’ API, Renteon’s users can now access a suite of cloud-based tools designed to monitor vehicles in real time, reduce unauthorized use and theft, detect and document damage instantly, and simplify vehicle allocation and revenue generation.
Combined with RentalMatics’ global roaming SIM, users can benefit from live updates, real-time alerts, and automated time-intensive processes, enabling smarter, faster decision-making across their fleets.
“With our collaboration, rental fleet managers can elevate their performance, streamline operations, boost profits, and achieve greater efficiency through the use of intelligent insights and automation," said Matilda Walsh, business development manager at RentalMatics, in a Jan. 19 news release.
This is RentalMatics’ eighth API integration with a rental software platform, joining a growing list that includes: Wheelsys, Rentway & CarPro (Emotion Mobility), Thermeon, Bluebird, TSD, and Fourthtier.
With enhanced functions, improved user experience, and more profits, these partnerships underscore a growing global appetite for connected fleet technology.
"Our collaboration with Renteon marks a major step in delivering on our mission: to transform the vehicle rental industry with intelligent, scalable, and customizable telematics solutions,” Walsh added. “This is about helping ambitious rental operators unlock real commercial value through data, automation, and global connectivity.”
