Sixt SE and Sixt rent a car USA LLC announce the opening of a new branch to service customers traveling to Detroit Metro Airport.
This new branch expands Sixt’s U.S. network. Other U.S. branches serving airports include Greenville, S.C., Minneapolis/St. Paul, San Diego, San Francisco and Santa Rosa, Calif.
"Our global corporate accounts began requesting a Sixt branch to service Detroit Metro soon after we started opening U.S. branches in 2011, and servicing the automotive industry is a priority for us,” said Craig Olson, executive vice president of Sixt’s North America Franchise Development. “We will offer corporate customers and other travelers' access to our large selection of premium vehicles, from German and American brands like BMW, Cadillac and Mercedes-Benz."
Currently, Sixt has a presence in more than 100 countries worldwide, says the company. Sixt operates corporate branches in Detroit, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Atlanta, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Knoxville and Seattle.
Additionally, the Sixt franchise system has with more than 80 master franchisees operating from nearly 1,100 worldwide locations. In the U.S., Sixt franchisees are already operating locations in 10 states, according to the company.
