Enterprise Appoints New VP for Spain
Renzo Roncal has played a role in the business development in Spain, its strategic expansion, and the consolidation of the customer service culture.

Roncal succeeds Vincent LaBella, who has returned to the Unites States where he has been appointed VP and general manager for Nevada.

Enterprise Holdings appointmed Renzo Roncal as its new vice president and general manager for Spain.
Roncal will take the helm of the business at a time when Enterprise continues to invest in and incorporate new mobility technologies. He will also play a crucial role in positioning the company within the wider mobility landscape in Spain.
Prior to this appointment, Roncal was VP of Rental for Spain — a position he moved to Madrid for in February 2018. Roncal has played a role in the business development in Spain, its strategic expansion, and the consolidation of the customer service culture. Most recently, he led the company´s response to the pandemic and subsequent recovery in the country.
Roncal succeeds Vincent LaBella, who has returned to the Unites States where he has been appointed VP and general manager for Nevada.
Roncal joined Enterprise in 1999 as a management trainee in South Florida where became regional rental manager. In 2013, he moved to Boston as regional VP.
In September 2016, Roncal moved to Europe as VP of franchise operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and helped transform Enterprise´s franchise partners’ service culture before moving to Spain.
