Sacramento now has a rental car service that specializes in renting vehicles to people with disabilities. Paratransit, a Sacramento-based nonprofit disability service, has entered the rental car market, according to a report by CBS 13 Sacramento.

Paratransit offers wheelchair-accessible rentals for short-term and long-term use. The wheelchair-accessible minivans start at $125 per day, says the report.

“All the vehicles are ramp-equipped, so they all accommodate a wheelchair,” Tiffani Fink, CEO of Paratransit, told CBS 13. “Some of them include transfer chairs. We also have hand controls available.”
