Veico Car Rental announced its new branch opening in Mazatlan, Mexico, on Jan. 14.

Mazatlan is one of Mexico’s top beach destinations along with Cancun, Cabo, and Puerto Vallarta, and sees hundreds of thousands of visitors per year, mainly from the U.S. and Canada, the company said.

From this branch, Veico will serve both locals and visitors. The company notes that unlike many car rental companies in the country, Veico includes unlimited mileage, full coverage insurance, and taxes in its prices and guarantees that there will be no hidden charges.

The new branch is Veico's second branch at a beach destination, after Cancun, and represents the brand's commitment to serve the leisure market as a complement to its focus on the business segment.

“This new location in Mazatlan represents the beginning of our expansion into the western coast of Mexico," Isaac Salas, operations director, said. "Soon we will bring our well-regarded service to other cities in the area.”

“At Veico, we recognize that our business expansion relies on our ability to please our customers, therefore we guaranty that our customers in Mazatlan will get the same quality cars, attentive service, and truly low all-inclusive prices as in the rest of our branches," Salas added.

The new branch's fleet is comprised of a mix of sedans, SUVs, and recreational vehicles.
