Over the past generation, the car rental industry has seen a steady consolidation into three major car rental brands. Yet, many independents are still thriving, and the market is witnessing a steady influx of new entrants.

So, how are they realizing success in car rental? Find out at the 2022 International Car Rental Show (ICRS) closing keynote panel, "The Future of Car Rental - If You're Not Hertz, Enterprise, or Avis." Here, a panel of independent operators will discuss the building blocks to a successful car rental operation in this new era. Attendees will take away strategies to fleet alongside (and against) the majors, opportunities to reach niche customers, ways to scale, and insights into streamlining operations and meeting the new car rental customer.
