Carwiz International will become one of the first rental car companies in the world to use an application based on artificial intelligence for employees after forming a cooperative agreement on Nov. 4 with Xenios LMS from Abu Dhabi.
The agreement was made during the first day of the World Trade Market convention in London.
The application uses neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and gamification to advance workforce education and integrates advanced learning principles to improve long-term knowledge retention and understanding of business processes.
The application is fully adapted to the education of Carwiz employees, and at the beginning of next year, employees worldwide can access it on their smartphones to learn about numerous segments of business processes.
Carwiz's goal is to raise the competence and skills of all its franchisees through customized training, resources, and support.
