Go Rentals, an elite provider of rental vehicles and high-touch luxury mobility services, has partnered with Bridgewater Collision Repair to streamline one of the most overlooked but pivotal moments in the claims journey: the rental experience.

For many insureds, the rental vehicle becomes their primary point of contact while their own vehicle is being repaired, making it a critical driver of overall satisfaction. Delays, mismatched vehicles, and unclear handoffs in the rental process can quietly introduce friction, undermine trust, and even extend cycle repair times.

Through this partnership, Go Rentals, based in Newport Beach, California, and Bridgewater Collision Repair have created a more seamless, hospitality-led solution that removes those pain points altogether.

Bridgewater Collision Repair, a Clinton, New Jersey-based multi-location operator specializing in higher-end and complex vehicle repairs, now relies on Go Rentals to fully manage the rental experience.

Go Rentals integrates directly into the repair workflow, coordinates scheduling alongside the repair timeline, provides like-for-like vehicles when appropriate, and manages delivery and pickup directly with the customer seven days a week.

This integrated approach reduces rental-related complaints, smooths coordination between the repair center and insurers, and allows Bridgewater’s team to remain focused on repairs and communication. The result is a rental experience that supports — rather than detracts from — the overall claims process.

“At Go Rentals, our focus has always been on delivering a true white-glove experience at the moments that matter most to our guests,” said Greg Tabak, senior director of private client sales and partnerships at Go Rentals, in a Feb. 3 news release. “Our partnership with Bridgewater Collision Repair raises the bar for what insureds should expect during the repair process: seamless coordination, premium vehicles, and an experience that prioritizes the client from start to finish.”

Glenn Morello, owner of Bridgewater Collision Repair, added, “We understand that needing collision repair is one of the most stressful situations a driver can face. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is how they’re going to get around. By partnering with Go Rentals, we’re able to remove that burden for our customers and ensure they have a high-quality vehicle ready when they need it.”
