With more than 3,000 users registered in the Denver market, HyreCar has enabled full-time rideshare drivers to rent vehicles on its platform so they can work for gig-companies like Uber, Lyft, and Postmates. This new partnership will allow Denver rideshare drivers to easily find and affordably rent pre-approved vehicles to drive for HopSkipDrive.

“HopSkipDrive offers a specialized rideshare service that helps thousands of families and children," Joe Furnari, chief executive officer of HyreCar, said in a statement. "Available in Denver since April 2018, HopSkipDrive is helping families manage their busy schedules in a safe and secure way. We are happy to be a part of this unique service that also underscores our commitment to help drivers create income opportunities and for riders to get rides safely and securely every day.”

HopSkipDrive has built stringent safety measures into its service including extensive driver and vehicle requirements. Approval as a CareDriver can take two to four weeks. The partnership with HyreCar will help expedite the approval time for vehicle registration.

“We are excited to partner with HyreCar to provide HopSkipDrive CareDrivers, and potential CareDrivers, the opportunity to rent safe, vetted vehicles,” Corey McMahon, SVP of Product and Operations at HopSkipDrive, in a statement. “We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for caregivers to get on the road and HyreCar is a great end-to-end vehicle solution.”
