Taxify's Bolt e-scooters join Silicon Valley's Lime and Santa Monica's Bird on the streets of France's capital.

Estonian-based ride-hailing group Taxify has launched a fleet of several hundred e-scooters in Paris, according to Quartz

Taxify's Bolt e-scooters join Silicon Valley's Lime and Santa Monica's Bird on the streets of France's capital.

Taxify's CEO Markus Villig told Quartz that his company already has significant data from its ride-hailing app that can help identify usage and movement patterns in the city and optimize scooter locations. He also said that having multiple mobility options in one app will give Taxify an edge over its competitors.
