Avis Collaborates with Local Experts to Launch Portugal Road Trip Guide
Avis has teamed with local experts to highlight some of the best food, attractions, and activities to do across three of Portugal’s major regions in its new interactive guide.

In collaboration with local experts, Avis has created and launched an interactive road trip guide taking riders through Portugal’s top travel destinations.
The travel guide covers three of Portugal’s main areas — Porto, Lisbon, and Algarve. The guide takes tourists on a series of short trips to explore local food, history, attractions, and activities.
The Portugal guide is the latest in the series of interactive guides featured on the blog, Inspires by Avis. Previous destinations include Edinburgh and Barcelona. With tourism booming in Portugal the interactive guide highlights the countries best attractions.
Featured content on the guide by region and expert include collaborations with Sara Riobom of Portoalities in Porto; Mindi and Daryl of 2FoodTrippers and Sandra Henriques Gajjar in Lisbon; Nick Robinson of Algarve Addicts in the Algarve; and Portugal’s coastline beaches written by travel writer Simon Heptinstall.
