Lee has years of experience within the car rental industry, having worked previously at Dollar Thrifty, and more recently at Bluebird. Right Cars says that her knowledge of customer service is exceptional, along with her ability to take ownership of an issue and run with it to resolution.
"The directors of Right Cars have set the bar very high in where they want the level of customer service to be," Rick Little, Right Cars co-founder and chairman said in a statement. "I am confident that the one person who can ensure the company hits the target level, is Alison, and along with the recently appointed Tarminder Singh as global supplier relations director the company has a strong experienced team to achieve the high levels of customer service we want for our customers."
