PURCHASE, N.Y. -- Abrams Consulting Group President Neil Abrams announced the car rental consulting and research firm is launching a new division focused on technology.
Abrams Technology Advisory Services (ATAS) will be based in London and headed by Stanley Kalman, former president of Magic Rental Technologies International. Kalman's former company gained industry acclaim after developing the RentPro rental and fleet management system.
ATAS will offer such products and services as technology gap surveys, IT audits, Internet product development, system training, and system design and implementation.
"For many years, we have recognized the lack of specialized independent and unbiased technology consulting resources available to both technology providers and users who administer to the global car rental and fleet lease markets, ACG's core constituency," Abrams said. "ACG, as the leader in our field, is that logical resource, with an established business model and platform to assimilate technology consulting and research."
