SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Advantage Rent-A-Car has further expanded its global reservations network, adding rental locations in Australia, New Zealand, Portugal and Nicaragua.
The company now has locations in 15 European and South American countries.
"Establishing Advantage Rent-A-Car as a brand recognized worldwide is being achieved through the addition of reservation affiliates beyond North America's borders," said Traci L. Esch, director of marketing operations. "Additionally, we are creating relationships with credible providers in these countries for our valued customers."
Advantage Rent-A-Car co-brands with locally operated European and South American countries, offering their customers access to in-terminal and near-airport locations.
Red Spot, the local co-branding affiliate in Australia, serves Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Coolangatta airports. New Zealand's reservation affiliate, Advance Rent-A-Car, has locations in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch for Advantage customers.
Portugal's two largest cities, Lisbon and Porto, are host sites to Advantage's co-branding partner, Auto Cerro. Additionally, Auto Cerro offers service in Faro. In Nicaragua, Advantage Rent-A-Car’s customers will be served locally by Targa Rent-A-Car in the capital city of Managua.

LOR overall continues to trend downward, but ongoing market and economic conditions could affect future results while the industry deals with staffing and productivity challenges.
