Located south of downtown Tucson, TIA serves more than 4 million airline passengers annually, and nine airlines provide service including: Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, Southwest, US Airways and United.
Arizona is seen as an area of growth, with Tucson being convenient for customers who visit either the city itself or neighboring cities. It is also used as a stop to or from Phoenix.
