AllCar and CarPingo Join SpotHero to Provide Guaranteed Parking
AllCar Rent-A-Car and car-share company Carpingo have joined forces with SpotHero, an online and mobile platform that connects parking lots with drivers to provide reserved guaranteed parking at a discounted rate.
New York-based AllCar Rent-A-Car and car-share company Carpingo have partnered with SpotHero, an online and mobile platform that connects parking lots with drivers. This partnership will provide rental customers with access to more affordable parking options.
“With the addition of SpotHero to our growing list of vehicle amenities, we can confidently say that parking is no longer a problem for our New York car rental and car share clients,” said Gil Cygler, president and CEO of AllCar. “Once the SpotHero app is downloaded on your smartphone, all you have to do is search, find, reserve and park.”
Developed by co-founders Jeremy Smith and Mark Lawrence, SpotHero partners with parking garages to offer drivers a convenient way to reserve guaranteed parking at a discounted rate.
As part of the program, Carpingo and AllCar customers will gain access to 24-hour parking support. Customers will be provided with a special SpotHero promo code as part of their reservation and/or membership package. This code will enable them to save $20 on any SpotHero parking reservations.
In addition, Carpingo and AllCar will also offer New York City SpotHero subscribers a discount off their rental or a special credit toward a Carpingo membership.
